Delivery Information

First Class Delivery for First-class Furniture

Before leaving the factory, all of our furniture is sent through a stringent quality control process to check over & make sure it is perfect for you. With this in mind we want to make sure that the furniture is delivered to you in the same condition as it leaves us, so all our sofas & chairs are carded, bubbled & poly wrapped before leaving our factory. For local deliveries (within approximately 100 miles of our factory) we carry out the delivery ourselves, for deliveries further afield we use a reputable furniture company called Edmondsons who offer the same white glove service as ourselves.

UK Delivery

Our local delivery service (within 25 miles of our factory) is free of charge regardless of how many items you purchase and for all small items such as stools and slipper boxes the delivery is also free. For deliveries up to 100 miles away there is a fee of £100 and for further UK mainland deliveries there is a charge of £250.

International deliveries range from £575 to £975 depending on location. Please call our sales team if you cannot see a delivery service for your country and we will happily quote for this.

White Glove Service in the UK

Every sofa & chair is carefully delivered in to your home & once in situ your furniture is unwrapped, the feet are secured & then placed ready for you to check over, once you are 100% happy with your furniture your guarantee & care instructions will be given to you & then you will be left in peace so you can enjoy your lovely new furniture. For the other furniture ranges & home accessories these will be delivered by a third party courier such as DHL & DPD.

Short Lead Times

The standard lead time is approximately 6 weeks depending on what furniture you order & where you live, however if you require your furniture urgently we have some furniture designs which can be made & delivered in as little as 21 days. Add a note on your order to say it is an urgent order & we will get in touch with you to confirm our earliest delivery date. For more time sensitive projects please call us prior to placing your order to ensure we can accomodate your requirements. For our smaller items you can request a next day delivery service for an extra cost so please call our sales team for more information on this.
